Privacy notice

Pay & Performance Advisory ("we") collects the details you submit through this site (name, work email, company, company size, your message and, if you choose to send them, your readiness-score results) to respond to you.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and follow up on your request. We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The readiness score runs in your browser; your answers are sent to us only if you submit your contact details.

Client data

Employee data that clients share during engagements is processed under a written data processing addendum, pseudonymized where possible, and deleted or returned at the end of the engagement.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@payperformanceadvisory.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client.
